SCALE: HO
SIZE: 43' x 32'
This layout is a proto-freelanced representation of a Reading Company subsidiary operating out of Dallas, Pennsylvania in the upstate anthracite region. This a fairly accurate representation of the 45 mile bridge line segment running from Wilkes-Barre west to the Reading interchange with the New York Central at Newberry Junction.

All trackwork is complete, all signals are operational. Detailed scenery is about half complete with thousands of trees already planted. Track elevation is between 52" and 66" and the layout is wheelchair accessible.

The time period modeled is the mid 1950's. Sound-equipped Mallets, Northerns, and Baldwin diesels pull and push freight over Back Mountain. Shays are used on the branch line. The main line is 420 feet long.
