Franklinton Crossing is a meticulously crafted model train layout that transports viewers to the late 1950s in the fictional town of Franklinton, PA. Spanning 11 feet across the back and 9 feet along the side, the L-shaped layout is nestled against a picturesque backdrop of rural Pennsylvania hills during early fall. Featuring two mainlines, the outer one forms a folded dog bone while the inner one creates a folded figure 8 configuration. This design allows for the simultaneous operation of two trains independently, offering the flexibility of transitioning a train from one mainline to another seamlessly.
